Excellent Stay Near the CCIB

The hotel is very close to the CCIB. I found it was only a short walk. The Forum metro station on Line L4 is also nearby, maybe three minutes on foot. Breakfast offers many options (I loved the variety). I also appreciated the friendly staff who assisted with calling a taxi to the airport.

The staff was helpful, always ready to assist with directions and requests. They were particularly kind when I needed help with my luggage and also when asking for information on local transport.

My Double Room included a large TV and a mini fridge, both very useful amenities. I appreciated the ample space in the room (though there was no Chromecast). The bathroom had a window with drapery.

The hotel is located in a calm neighborhood with easy access to the metro system. There is also a mall right across from the hotel (it was very convenient for quick shopping). The proximity to both the metro and shops was a big plus.

The interiors were beautiful and consistently clean. I was pleased to find that all amenities were readily accessible and easy to use. The hotel's location was perfect, offering convenient access to transportation and points of interest. Staff members were helpful and friendly .
I noticed some minor wear in the bathroom. Some upgrades here could make a big difference.

disruptive cleaning staffinconsistent temperature
The cleaning practices were quite disappointing. cleaning staff entered my room several times despite the do not disturb sign being clearly displayed. also, controlling the shower temperature was a real issue. It kept switching to scalding hot unexpectedly. it.
